We are thrilled to offer this meat, perfect for warm fall chilli or spaguetti sauce! If you are going to make your own patties, use parmesan cheese as your binder, venison is very lean 🙂
The Sausages are delicious, enjoy “Venison with Merlot Wine, Blueberries and potato Sausage”, in a bun with sauteed onions and truffle ketchup, or dice and add to your chilli, or just “solo sausage” as a perfect juicy appetizer bite! Contains pork and beef for added moisture YUMM
