How to Cook Lobster at Home
Our delicious cold water Lobster Tails! You can prepare some amazing luxurious meals, here’s what we did:
On a hot grill we grilled these yummy tails shell down for a few minutes from frozen, after 6 minutes I checked on them, and they felt cold… so we kept cooking them for a few more minutes. When they were done, we removed them, peeled them and simply added to my favorite pasta, raviolis! We added our citrus sauce on the side for dipping, click here for the citrus recipe.
